Privacy Policy
NPP Facilities Management ABN 60 107 725 100, trading as NPP Traffic Solutions ("NPP", "we", "us"), respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is stored.
1. Information we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including through the enquiry, quote request and traffic control labour request forms on this website. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, site location or address, project type, preferred dates, and any additional notes or files you choose to attach (such as site plans or permits).
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited and general website usage, to help us understand how our website is used and to keep it running reliably.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your enquiry or quote request and provide a proposal for traffic control, planning, permit or fire hydrant testing services;
- create and manage a customer record and job opportunity in our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- schedule and coordinate crews, equipment and site access for confirmed bookings;
- send you confirmations, updates and, where relevant, follow-up communications about your enquiry or booking; and
- meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.
3. Forms, CRM and file uploads
Enquiries submitted through our website forms are processed through our CRM platform. Submitting a form automatically creates or updates a contact record and a job opportunity, and triggers an internal notification to our team as well as a confirmation to you. If you upload a file (for example, a site plan or permit document), that file is stored against your enquiry in our CRM so our team can refer to it when preparing your quote or plan.
4. Storage and security
Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems operated by our CRM provider. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share relevant details with third parties where necessary to deliver a service you have requested - for example, a council or Transport for NSW when lodging a permit on your behalf - or where required by law.
6. Cookies and website analytics
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to understand general visitor activity and improve site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your details from our systems, by contacting us using the details below.
8. Marketing communications
If we send you marketing or follow-up communications, you can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option provided in that communication.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our systems or legal obligations. The current version is always available on this page.
10. Contact us
For any privacy question, or to make an access, correction or deletion request, contact us at [email protected] or 0485 070 680.
